Our rolls are produced in various shapes and sizes as percustomer drawings and requirements,primarily usingClass 4, EN19, EN24, EN31, and also High Carbon High Chromium D2 or D3 grade steel.
They go through a robustpreheating, stress-relieving, volume hardening or induction hardening, and long-time tempering processdepending on the grade of material hardness requirement, depth of hardened layer as well as use.
Rigorousquality controlis observed in all phases of the manufacturing cycle.
