TTI Brand Rolls are manufactured from prime quality alloy steel and tool steel forged rounds, procured from leading steel plants of India and also from imported origin

Our rolls are produced in various shapes and sizes as per customer drawings and requirements, primarily using Class 4, EN19, EN24, EN31, and also High Carbon High Chromium D2 or D3 grade steel. 

They go through a robust preheating, stress-relieving, volume hardening or induction hardening, and long-time tempering process depending on the grade of material hardness requirement, depth of hardened layer as well as use.

Rigorous quality control is observed in all phases of the manufacturing cycle.
